  • Condition: Items must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

  • If you meet the eligibility requirements for a return, we will process your refund to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the item(s).
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure the correct item is sent to you.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you're requesting is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or credit.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please securely pack your items and include the original packing slip or receipt.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  4. Inspect & Process: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at benteinncompany@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a return, refund, or exchange at no extra cost to you.
